Do you know those moments where you don’t realize that you are holding your breath until you finally exhale?

I have a few things going on behind the scenes, and I’m feeling very out of whack today.  I stepped outside my office to take a walk around the block and clear my head.  I stopped by a local health food store to pick up a green juice, and decided to grab lunch there as well.

(greens, beet, lemon & ginger)

I’m hoping these greens help balance a little of what’s going on at the moment.  On the green bright side, at least my pH will be happy.

What did you guys have for lunch today?  Does green juice make anyone else feel better?
