What I Ate Wednesday

…Because I know how much you care. Or do you?
Coffee & oatmeal for breakfast. 3/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut, and cinnamon. Assembled at work.
Lunch was from my sandwich guy. Rye toast with balsamic vinegar, whole grain mustard, roasted veggies and avocado. After I finish this sandwich I always feel like I could use another half. Anyone else with me here? Sandwich and a half. Perfect serving size.
Daily afternoon Starbucks break. Taking some cues from bestie Carrie and went with an iced green tea.
I mean really, what would my day be like if I didn’t have matzo in it. Sad, that’s what.
Dessert! I also ate the head off of my chocolate bunny right after this. He was taunting me.
That’s all folks. I’m sorry for the short post (and insanely inventive title), but I’m having serious anxiety about my half this Sunday, and am working it out by cleaning like a maniac. I unloaded the dishwasher AND reloaded it. If that isn’t maniacal, I don’t know what is. At least in my apartment it is (we really hate doing dishes).
