Sitting on the train back to New York, I was wondering how on earth those five days flew by so quickly. It was probably because I spent half of the time sleeping; snoozing away the Thanksgiving leftovers I was eating every 2 hours, and the other half wishing time would slow down. But we all know what happens when you’re having fun. Saturday’s time suck contributor includes a trip to one of my favorite places up in Westchester: Stone Barns. It’s a working farm that supplies everything that is served at the two Blue Hill restaurants (one in New York and one right on the farm). They allow people to roam the farm, taste some goodies that have been growing, and see all the animals.  It really is such a beautiful place.  Smelly pigs and all.
