Usually on the weekends I make myself a tricked out bowl of oatmeal, but today I felt like having a cold smoothie, or SIAB.  In went some spinach, peanut butter, chia seeds, and frozen blueberries, banana, strawberries.  dash of cinnamon on top.

Oh, and some Sbucks with soy milk.  Gotta have the Sbucks.

It’s a beautiful day in NYC, I’m off for a run in the park!
