Friiiiday. We made it!
I am dusting off my wine glass (yeah, right), and getting my tasting on this weekend. Tonight I am attending the Greenwich Food + Wine Festival, after which my dear high school friends are picking me up to drive out to the Hamptons, where we plan to do a tasting day tomorrow at some Long Island vineyards. I think the last time I did an official tasting was for Kathleen’s 25th birthday, last October. I am way overdue. I am hoping to do a tasting at my favorite winery on the East End.
We also have plans to make some delicious pizzas Saturday night. As if this weekend couldn’t get any better, I have off from work on Monday. Bring on the funday, Sunday.

Sounds like it’s going to be a blast! I’m so close to Napa and Sonoma and don’t go up there often enough to wine taste, but still love it so much. Nothing compares to sipping wine at the winery, looking at the grapes in the vineyards! Looking forward to hearing about it!
