I also think that I am over-tired and need to start creating these text pictures a little earlier to avoid mistakes like putting white text on white marble, comparing myself to a glam fashion blogger (and saying things like “glam”) and sleeping through my alarm the next morning as a result. What am I even talking about anymore? I think I’m still asleep. Someone find me a cube-sized mattress to fit under my desk.

I have a bunch of gorgeous Swiss chard from my CSA in the fridge. How do you make that white bean + chard looking lunch #2??
My mom made it for me (perks of living with the ‘rents), so I emailed her for the instructions for you:
Wash swiss chard thouroughly 3X’s
Cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes or till tender, drain
In sepereate skillet sauté garlic in olive oil
And then sauté swiss chard in oil and garlic, add ½ cup water for some juise, add cooked canneli beans
Salt and pepper to taste
And look at that! She even managed to put that little accent on the e in sauté. Enjoy.
I want a blow up of the “Wine is Mandatory” photo that I can frame and hang in my kitchen.
